Tildebot Basic Service
We may collect this information as the base of all data collected:
- Your Discord User ID
- Server ID (s) of all servers you are in that Tildebot is additionally also in
- Timestamps of each action
Tildebot Verify Service:
We may collect this information when you join a Tildebot-enabled Discord Server that mandates you verify you are not a robot using the Tildebot Verify service.
- Your IP Address
- Your Discord User ID
- Your Discord Username
- Your Discord Profile Picture
- Your Discord “Display Name”
- Your Discord account creation date
- Operating system type
- Device type
- Browser type
- Internet service provider & geolocation details from your IP address & additional details from your IP address
- Timestamps of each action
Additionally, you may be required to complete a captcha to verify you are not a robot. To do this, you will use the hCaptcha verification platform. Their Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Tildebot API / Internal Administration Interface
Note: You cannot opt out of Tildebot Service Notifications to your email address. If you don’t want to receive any anymore, you must delete your Tildebot Account.
If you are a user of the Tildebot API / Tildebot Internal Administration Interface this information may be collected:

- Your IP Address

Tildebot Reports
If you get reported by another Tildebot user or send a report to Tildebot, this information may be collected:
- Message content of up to 100 of the reported user’s previous messages
- The reported user’s Discord User ID
- A timestamp of when the report was sent
- The ID of the discord channel where the report was sent
- The ID of the discord user that sent the report
- The ID of the discord server that was affiliated with the report
- The reason for the report.
How we use your information
When you use any of the aforementioned Tildebot services, we may use your information to:
- Improve the Tildebot Service
- Respond to reports against you or reports made by you
- Remove your access from Tildebot-enabled servers
- Send you service notifications if you are a user of the Tildebot API / Tildebot Internal Administration Interface.
- Provide the Tildebot Verify service & all other services that Tildebot has.
How we share your information
We do not share your information with anyone else, except as follows:
- We may share your information with our third-party service providers who help us provide the Discord bot, such as hosting providers and analytics providers. These third-party service providers are required to keep your information confidential.
- We may share your information if we are required to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
- We may share your information if we receive a report against you that constitutes a serious law-breaking disruption.
